Terms of use — website and store

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

ososglobal.com is run by OSOS GLOBAL, operated by Saber Hassan as a sole trader in Egypt (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you visit the site, create an OSOS account, buy a plan, write a review or post in a community. By using the site you agree to them. If you use the site for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Other documents that also apply: the EULA (the software), the Refund and cancellation policy, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

2. Your OSOS account

You sign in with your e-mail and a one-time code. Keep access to that e-mail secure: whoever controls it can sign in.
Give a real e-mail address and keep it up to date. One account per person. Do not share your account.
You must be at least 16 to create an account.
You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once at security@ososglobal.com if you think someone else used it.
The same e-mail signs you in to ReOs and CAD Jet. Your plans belong to that account.

3. Buying a plan

Merchant of record. Plans are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which processes the payment, charges sales tax or VAT where it applies, issues the receipt and handles refunds. Its buyer terms apply to the payment. LAWYER: how these terms, the EULA and Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms fit together
Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes are added at checkout where the law requires. The price you pay is the one shown on the checkout page.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. We e-mail you at least 7 days before a yearly renewal, with the date, the price and how to cancel. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we tell you at least 30 days before.
Your licence is issued by the product’s licence server after the payment is confirmed. It appears in the product when you sign in with the same e-mail.
Trials and the Free plan follow the EULA and the product’s pricing page.

4. Reviews and community content

Writing reviews and comments on the site is not open yet. When it opens, these rules apply:

You keep the rights in what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, translate and moderate it on our site and in our products’ communities, for as long as it stays posted.
Only people who used the product (a trial, a licence or a purchase) can rate it. Reviews must describe your own experience.
We do not edit what reviews say. We may hide or remove content that breaks section 5, and we may answer reviews as the OSOS team. We do not pay or reward people for positive reviews.
You can edit or delete your own posts. Report content with the report button on each post.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
post other people’s personal data (phone numbers, addresses, e-mails) or their models and drawings without permission;
post spam, advertising, links to pirated software, licence keys or cracks;
pretend to be someone else, or pretend to be the OSOS team;
try to get around a licence, a rate limit or another security control, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
scan, probe or test the site for vulnerabilities, except under our vulnerability disclosure policy;
overload the site, scrape it in bulk, or use bots to create accounts or reviews;
upload malware or anything meant to harm the site or other users.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you why and let you answer. For serious abuse we act first.

6. Our content and trademarks

The site, its text, designs, illustrations, the OSOS GLOBAL, ReOs and CAD Jet names and logos belong to us. You may link to the site and quote small parts with credit. You may not copy the site or use our logos without permission.

Autodesk, Revit and AutoCAD are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. OSOS GLOBAL is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Autodesk. Other names belong to their owners.

7. Security research

If you find a security problem, please follow our vulnerability disclosure policy (/trust/vulnerability-disclosure) and write to security@ososglobal.com. We will not take legal action against good-faith research that follows that policy, and that policy’s safe-harbour section waives the parts of these terms the research needs.

8. The site “as is”

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We may change or stop parts of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data, arising from the website. Our total liability for the website and the store is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything the law does not let us limit. LAWYER

10. Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to privacy@ososglobal.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms (section 5). Paid plans are handled as in the Refund and cancellation policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We update the version and date at the top. For important changes we tell account holders by e-mail at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can close your account before that date.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, except where the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts or under your own law.
