1. Who handles your payment
When you buy ReOs or CAD Jet, you buy from Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. It takes the
payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, sends the receipt and sends refunds back to your payment method. Your receipt
and card statement show Lemon Squeezy and the store name ReOs™ (statement descriptor LEMSQZY*482054).

2. Free plan and trial
- ReOs Free and CAD Jet Free cost nothing and have no refund to ask for.
- Trial: each paid plan starts with a free 30-day trial with every tool unlocked. One trial per account and per PC. No card is needed, so nothing is charged when the trial ends.
3. Cancelling
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Subscription window inside the product, or from the billing portal link in your receipt.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then the product returns to its Free plan. FACT-CHECK: CAD Jet prices when its pricing goes live (D-17)
- You can resume a cancelled subscription before the period ends.
4. Refunds

- Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so the next period is not charged.
- A refund ends the licence it paid for. The product returns to its Free plan.
- We may refuse a refund where the account shows clear abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles.
- We may refund at our discretion outside these windows, for example if a product did not work on your system and support could not fix it.
- Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in this policy.
5. Customers in the EU and the UK
You have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital content or a digital service. When you start using the paid plan right away, the checkout asks you to agree that the service starts immediately. 6. How to ask for a refund
Write to support@ososglobal.com from the e-mail you used to buy, with the order number from your receipt. You can also use the “Request refund” link in the Lemon Squeezy receipt e-mail FACT-CHECK: link exists in LS receipts. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank. A chargeback ends the licence while the dispute is open.
