Do I need an account?

Yes, a free one. You sign in inside the product with your e-mail and a 6-digit code. There is no password.

On how many PCs can I use my account?

On up to 2 PCs for each product. You can move a seat to a new PC once every 30 days.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first Monthly payment, or within 30 days of your first Yearly payment, for a full refund. The refund policy has the details.

Is tax included?

Prices are in US dollars. Our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, is the seller of record: it adds sales tax or VAT where the law requires it and shows the total before you pay.
