What you need
- Revit
- 2024 or 2025
- Windows
- 10 or 11
- Account
- A free OSOS account (sign in with your e-mail and a 6-digit code)
- Internet
- Needed to sign in; ReOs then works offline for up to 7 days
Install
- Close Revit. Setup does not install into a Revit version that is open.
- Run the installer. ReOs installs for your Windows user only, in your user folder.
- Sign in. Enter your e-mail and the 6-digit code we send you. If your account is already on 2 PCs, Setup lets you sign one of them out (a PC can be replaced once every 30 days).
- Choose your Revit versions and click Install. Setup lists Revit 2024 · 2025 and installs ReOs into each version you tick.
- Start Revit. Choose Always Load when Revit asks about ReOs. The ReOs tab appears on the ribbon.
Update
ReOs checks for a new version when Revit starts. By default it downloads the update, checks its SHA-256, and installs it after you close Revit. In ReOs Settings you can have it only tell you, or turn the check off.
Uninstall
Close Revit, run the ReOs installer again and click Uninstall. It removes ReOs from every Revit version that is closed.
Uninstalling does not sign the PC out of your account. To move ReOs to a new PC, first sign out in Revit: ReOs tab › Be Pro › Sign out. Your account works on up to 2 PCs.
