- Annex A — ReOs (for Autodesk Revit)
- Annex B — CAD Jet (for Autodesk AutoCAD)
This agreement is between you and OSOS GLOBAL, operated by Saber Hassan as a sole trader in Egypt (“we”, “us”). It covers ReOs, CAD Jet and any update, add-on or documentation we provide with them (the “Software”). By installing or using the Software you accept it. If you use the Software for a company, you accept it for that company.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software for your own work or your organisation’s work, under your plan (Free, Trial, Monthly or Yearly), while your plan is active, and under the rules in this agreement and the product annex.
2. Accounts and devices
- The Software is used with an OSOS account (your e-mail). Your plan belongs to that account.
- One account = one person. Each plan can be used on up to 2 PCs at a time. You can move a seat to another PC once every 30 days from inside the product.
- The Software makes a device key on each PC and checks your licence with our licence server from time to time. If it cannot reach the server, it keeps working offline for a limited period (see the annex), then asks you to connect.
- What the Software sends for this is listed in our Privacy policy, section 3.2. It never sends your models, drawings or project data.
3. Trials and the Free plan
- A trial unlocks the paid features for 30 days, once per account and per PC. Trials are for evaluation.
- The Free plan (where a product has one) is free for any lawful use, with the limits shown on the product’s pricing page.
- We may change what the Free plan includes. We give notice on the website before a change takes effect.
4. Paid plans
- Paid plans are bought through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, under our Terms of use and the Refund and cancellation policy.
- When a paid plan ends (cancelled, refunded, unpaid after a short grace period, or reversed by a chargeback), the licence ends and the Software returns to the Free plan or stops, as the annex says.
5. What you must not do
You must not, and must not let anyone else:
- share your account, or use one plan for more people or more PCs than it allows;
- copy, sell, rent, lend, sublicense or distribute the Software, except as this agreement allows;
- remove, bypass or tamper with the licence checks, the device key or any protection in the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except where the law allows it despite this rule;
- use the Software to build a competing product, or to train AI models on its code or outputs as a dataset;
- remove our notices, names or logos from the Software.
Good-faith security research under our vulnerability disclosure policy (/trust/vulnerability-disclosure) may do what
points 3 and 4 forbid, only as far as needed to find and show a problem, and never to share or use a bypass.
6. Updates
We may provide updates, which this agreement covers. Some updates are needed to keep the licence checks working. We may stop supporting old versions of the Software and of Revit or AutoCAD, and say so on the product page.
7. Your work and your responsibility
The Software is a tool that helps you produce models, sheets, tags and drawings. It does not replace professional judgment. You are responsible for checking every result before you rely on it, issue it or build from it. Keep backups of your work. Your models and drawings remain yours. We claim no rights in them.
8. Third-party software and services
- The Software runs inside Autodesk® Revit® or Autodesk® AutoCAD®, which you must license from Autodesk. Autodesk, Revit and AutoCAD are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. OSOS GLOBAL is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Autodesk.
- The Software includes open-source components under their own licences. They are listed, with their licence texts, in the third-party notices file installed with each product. FACT-CHECK: neither product ships this file yet (S23); it is a release gate for both
- CAD Jet can connect to AI services you choose. Annex B applies.
9. Ownership
The Software, its code, designs and documentation belong to us and our licensors. Apart from the licence in section 1, this agreement gives you no rights in them.
10. Warranty
For 30 days after your first payment, if the Software does not work as described on its product page, tell us and we will fix it or, if we cannot, refund that payment in full, even outside the windows of the Refund and cancellation policy. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the Software is provided “as is”, without other warranties. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country. LAWYER
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for loss or damage to data, models or drawings. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything the law does not let us limit. LAWYER
12. Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Software. We may end your licence if you break this agreement, after telling you and, where the breach can be fixed, giving you a chance to fix it. When it ends, you must stop using the paid features. Sections 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 continue to apply.
13. Export and sanctions
You may not use or export the Software in breach of export-control or sanctions laws, including to countries or persons those laws restrict. LAWYER: which regimes apply to an Egypt-based seller with a US merchant of record
14. Law and disputes
Same as our Terms of use, section 12: the laws of Egypt and the courts of Cairo, without removing the consumer rights of your own country. LAWYER
15. Changes
We may update this agreement. The new version applies to new purchases and to renewals after we tell you. If you do not agree, you can cancel before your next renewal.

AI assistants. CAD Jet lets AI assistants you choose (through MCP clients or its built-in chat) read and change your AutoCAD drawing. You choose the provider and supply your own API key. Your use of that provider is under its own terms and privacy policy, and what you send it goes directly from your PC to it. AI output can be wrong: review every change an assistant makes before you keep or issue the drawing, and keep backups. Tools that run AutoLISP or raw AutoCAD commands stay off until you turn them on in CAD Jet’s settings, and a read-only setting stops every tool that changes the drawing. Other tools change the drawing when the assistant calls them, without asking you each time. You are responsible for the assistants you connect and the settings you choose. API keys are stored encrypted on your PC and are never sent to us. FACT-CHECK: update when CAD Jet's in-app approval step (audit C-02) ships
